B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Must
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering – Advantage
3+ years of electrical hardware design experience, hands on – Must
3+ years of electro-mechanical interfacing experience, hands on – Advantage
3+ years of embedded firmware development in C, hands on – Strong advantage
Experienced in schematic capture and PCB layout for (at least one): Low noise, mixed-signal circuits and RF circuits or Microcontrollers circuits
Proven track record of designing and developing HW solutions across product cycles
Strong program management skills with 3 + years in creating and delivering products to market
Experience with managing engineers and subcontractors
Experienced with producing technical documents such as: PRD< Specs, SOW, test plans
Experience in auditing DR (PDR, CDR, ETC.) documents, TRR, and QUAL procedures.
Understanding of principles and frameworks of successful project management
Possess advanced oral and written communication skills
