Establish project work programs and maintain management and control routines (time, budget, QA, CR etc) Support (G)BU’s in executing their projects from initiation to closure by supporting pre-sales activities, finalizing action plans, converting initiatives into R&R and building work plans Participate and support the development of PM IT tools. instruct PM community in the use of these tools (MSP, SAP-PS, Portal) Build, maintain, implement and instruct, up-to-date project management theory and best practices within Netafim’s PM community and stakeholders Assist in developing and assimilating Project management culture in Netafim and it’s subsidiaries Lead and support the development of PMO capabilities in new territories.


Required Knowledge and experience Bachelor in engineering (civil, mechanical, industrial) or economics Perfect computer skills (MS-Office, MS-Project) Formal project management education and certification Experience in project management and team management - At least 5 years Technical understanding (reading drawings and spec’s) Ability to read and understand legal documents Familiar with global business culture processes and terminology Languages: Hebrew / English –perfect. Spanish / French / Russian - advantage
